CBC plaza on Hamilton Street (between West Georgia and Robson)
Sousou & Maher Cissoko (in partnership with the Vancouver Folk Music Festival) She's from Sweden; he's from Senegal. They met through music and became both musical and life partners. Their music is a fascinating blend of West African music, Swedish folk, reggae, soul and a pinch of hip hop.

Samsung representatives will be in select Best Buy stores holding demonstrations of the Samsung Gear VR and this means you get to try it on for size too.

Shipbuilders' Night Market
Friday Nights 5-10pm - 2015 from May 1st to Sept 25th 
Shipbuilders' Square, 138 Victory Ship Way V7L 0B1 North Vancouver 
Food, art, music entertainment and shopping. On the Shipbuilders' Stage there is live music going until 10pm, showcasing talent from all over BC. The Friday Night Market also includes a Beer Garden that features local craft beer and ciders on tap. The Shipyards Night Market showcases BC's artisans, bakers and farmers. Products include; jewelry, clothing, kids wear, bakers, produce, preserves, soaps, organic meats, honey, plants, chocolate and many more must have handmade products. Don't eat dinner before you come to the Night Market, as there are at least 20 food trucks in "hot food alley" selling unique and delicious locally made food.
