Say Hi Vancouver
All Day
Everywhere in Vancouver
It's that simple, wear a name tag Feb 7 and Say Hi to people you see every day. Why? We see the same people everyday... in the coffee shop, on transit, at work, even in our own neighborhoods... and we have little or no connection to most of them. We live our lives beside each other, an invisible barrier separating us - subtle yet powerful. A simple name tag can break through this barrier, giving permission to Say Hi! Even if for just one day it will be worth it! Don't have a name tag? Use a sticky label, cut a square of paper and pin it to your shirt, use a grease pencil and write it on your cheek... be creative and have fun with it!!  Get your Say Hi Vancouver name tags here - https://www.dropbox.com/sh/jdddy2ul0sd6r7i/-aJNK58JBd

Hawkers Market is a monthly recurring underground evening food marketplace in Vancouver.  We support local vibrant food entrepreneurs and give them a place to conduct pop up food stalls (or hawker stands) to sell their food or products. They are chefs, artisans and dreamers and they know their food!  Expect a diverse selection of things to eat at the market and take home to try. The market acts as a dining, shopping and social experience.  Hawkers Market takes place from 6pm until late, along with the food, music, lights and mingling with people. On February 8th they will be accepting bitcoin payments for 33 Acres beer with mobile payment partners Hashco.re.
