St. Patrick's Day Parade & Celtic Village

Thousands of people dressed in festive green line up and down the street in downtown Vancouver on Sunday morning to catch the 11th annual St. Patrick's Day parade. The street were filled with pipe bands, dancers, and the occasional leprechaun. I arrived a little late to the party and it was hard to find a good spot to see the action; it was so busy! It was a fun parade!

After the parade, I went to wander the Celtic Village on Granville Street at Robson.

 Live music playing.

This guy is dressed as St. Patrick!

Heh. My Leprechaun name is Stumpy O'Bourbon.

These huge dogs were in the parade. They are Irish Wolfhound and they are humongous!

 Aww puppy!

Hope you enjoy St. Patrick's Day on Tuesday!
