Sea Monsters Revealed: The Exhibition - regular admission 
March 5 to September 7, 2015 
Vancouver Aquarium 
This highly anticipated exhibition will take you on an exciting journey to discover some of the world’s most amazing sea creatures. Like the human anatomy exhibits that now circle the globe, Sea Monsters Revealed uses the revolutionary polymer preservation technique, commonly called plastination, to reveal dissected bodies of these fascinating creatures from the deep sea.

VanDusen Botanical Garden, the Vancouver Park Board and the Invasive Species Council of Metro Vancouver invite you to a free European fire ants presentation and open house. Speak with ant experts and learn how to distinguish between beneficial native ants, European fire ants and other invasive species. Find out how to protect your garden and what to do if you do discover fire ants.

7th Annual Seedy Saturday

The 7th Annual Richmond Seedy Saturday is a celebration of local seeds and foods, gardening, and education that supports a healthy, strong community. At the event there will be: A Seed swap table Seed Vendors Seed library display Community Information tables In addition to seeds, vendors will be selling: Fruit trees Berry bushes Edible and native plants Small trees and shrubs Horse manure and worms for sale and more! Mel Sylvestre from UBC Farm will be at the event hosting info sessions where people can ask their seed saving questions. These sessions will be at 10:15, 11:00, 12:00 and 12:45. Seedy Sat 2014 Girl There will also be activities for kids, such as seed bomb making and seed planting.

J-Fest - $15

J-Fest is an annual 1-Day event, typically held midway between the larger Anime Evolution and serves as a light version of the main convention with special focus on Japanese arts and culture. J-Fest also offers many of our traditional events on a smaller scale including panels, video and AMV showings, gaming, artists, and vendors.

Living Produce Aisle's Grand Opening
