Taste of Yaletown - Goldfish

Last Monday, I went to was Goldfish Seafood & Chop House for Taste of Yaletown. I heard a lot of good things about it and it seems to be always busy so I was pretty eager to try it out.

Complimentary Herb Bread with Balsamic Vinegar
We decided to order different items from the menu to be able to try out as many as possible. We started with Clam Chowder and Tempura Squid. K thought the chowder wasn't that good. It was seemed watered and I thought it was overpowered with parsley. Not sure if it was suppose to be like that. The tempura squid was quite good though.

For our mains, we ordered Pan Roasted Halibut Cheeks (which was featured on Breakfast Television) and the Seafood Bouillabaisse. Out of the two dishes, I loved the Halibut Cheeks the best! Mmmmm.

After the appetizers and mains, we were so stuffed that it was hard to eat anymore but there's always room for dessert!
