The annual Vancouver International Auto Show has moved back to BC Place Stadium and like every year, I went to check it out with my family. There were so many cars to see, it took me two hours just to get around the 2nd floor. I've had to make collages of my photos to save space on this post. If you are interested you can see the full size and the rest of the photos in my Picasa album.

This year there is an emphasis on clean energy cars so there are quite a few of them on display right as you enter at the Clean Energy Vehicles for BC display.

Cool vintage cars:

Luxury cars:

The two the luxury cars that caught my eye was the red Lexus and the blue Jaguar. So pretty!

Once you get down onto the floor, it really opens up and looks very bright and beautiful! It'll take another few hours to get around to seeing everything on the floor. If you get tired, you can go to the Buick display area. They have set up a little coffee cafe where you can order your choice of cappuccino, latte, or expresso!

The Nissan Leaf and Mitsubishi i-MiEV are both 100% electric cars that are currently on sale in Canada. Personally I like the Nissan Leaf better of the two but it costs

I love some of the decals that were put on the cars:

Cadillac had a really futuristic looking concept car on display: Cadillac ULC

 Fiat 500 by Gucci
I think this Gucci Fiat is so cute!

One of my other favourite cars was the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray concept car also known as Sideswipe from the movie Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. This is the actual car that appeared in the movie and also one of a kind!

Red looks so good on cars:

Mercedes Benz
Unfortunately I didn't see many motorcycles this year but there were a few cars I would have liked to drive around! If you are a car lover tomorrow is your last chance to see all the shiny new cars! The Vancouver International Auto Show is on for one more day (Sunday, April 8th 10AM – 6PM). Visit their website to see more information or purchase tickets.
