Les Miserables coming to Vancouver June 12-23, 2013

The 25th-anniversary production of "Les Miserables" coming to the Queen Elizabeth Theatre in Vancouver in two weeks, featuring new staging and spectacular reimagined scenery inspired by the paintings of Victor Hugo! I have only watched the movie version of this show and it'll be exciting to see this amazing production in live theatre!

Based on Victor Hugo’s classic novel, Les Misérables is an epic and uplifting story about the survival of the human spirit.  The magnificent score of Les Misérables includes the classic songs “I Dreamed a Dream,” “On My Own,” “Stars,” “Bring Him Home,” “Do You Hear the People Sing?,” “One Day More,” “Empty Chairs at Empty Tables,” “Master Of The House” and many more.

In Vancouver, Les Misérables first week runs Wednesday through Saturday evenings at 8:00 pm; Thursday and Saturday matinee at 2:00 pm, Sunday matinee at 1pm. and Sunday evening at 6:30 pm.  Second week runs Tuesday through Saturday evenings at 8:00pm, Saturday matinee at 2:00pm, Sunday matinee at 1:00pm and Sunday evening at 6:30pm.
