Dragon boats will be racing at Steveston in Richmond on Saturday. There will be a lot of activities held as well besides the races. Sponsors include 24 Hours Vancouver, Omni TV, AM1320, Richmond Review, Tac Mobilty, Kintec Footlabs, BC Hydro Power Smart, all will have booths there. You will also find food, music and arts & crafts for children.

When

• 7:30am – Race Registrar opens
• 9:00am- Dragon Boat Racing Begins & food, activity and vendor booths open
• 10am – Learn to Dragon Boat (boats leave on the hour until 3pm by donation to the Richmond Food Bank)
• 10am  – Children’s Arts and Craft tent opens
• 11am  – Entertainment on the main stage begins
• 5pm  – Racers awards party and BBQ begins
