Last Sunday, the Shangri-La hotel held it's second Farmers Market on the 3rd floor patio outside MARKET by Jean-Georges. Being a Farmers Market lover, I had to check it out.

Nice area to have a little Farmers Market.

Thornhaven Estates Winery right at the entrance, offering tastes of their wines - samples of Gewurztraminer and Rose.

Playing music on unique boxes.

Lots of fresh yummy produce from Hannah Brook Farm.

Postcards, buttons, bags, magazines by donation.

MIX the Bakery with fresh breads, jams and nuts.

Erin Ireland's To Die For Banana Bread. Have you tried it yet? If you haven't yet, you're missing out...

Beaucoup Bakery & Cafe were selling gorgeous looking desserts! They almost look too pretty to eat! Almost.

Sticky Spoon with lots of yummy tasting jams.

French Made Baking selling croissants, macaroons and other French pastries.

Blue Comet Seafoods selling lots of wild salmon products.

In addition, executive Chef Wayne Harris added a three-course brunch menu to MARKET that was created using items from the vendors of Sunday's Farmer's Market.

I love going to Farmers Markets and discovering local businesses that I would otherwise have never heard of!

There is still two more Shangri-La Farmers Market to come! The next one is on Sunday, August 19th and the last one will be on Sunday, September 23rd. Go check it out!
