The annual Autumn Shift Festival on Main Street was held on Saturday, September 15th this year to bid farewell to the summer and welcome in the fall season. The weather was beautiful though so it felt that summer hasn't left yet! The festival focuses on sustainability featuring gardening and sustainability booths, community organizations, live music, a fashion show and merchant market. And like last year, visitors also enjoyed free popcorn and cotton candy.

There was a booth showcasing a bamboo mushroom planter called mushboo, which is a system that allows you to your own mushrooms in your own home. It uses waste coffee grounds as the growing medium! Pretty cool!

There was even a fake lawn placed on the street in front of the Beaumont stage! People enjoying the sun and music on it.

It was a great festival full of entertainment and fun but I'm not ready to say goodbye to the summer yet!
